As well as being one of the most important rappers of all time, Lil Wayne is a sort of burning man who can’t get enough of telling of his wanderings and doubts about the music world. His fourteenth album explores, yet again, the point in the course of musical fury and freedom that regrets spring forth. Tha Fix Before Tha VI is a troubling album, in the best sense of the term, and volatile, too. The New Orleans native jumps from one topic to the next in just ten tracks, motivated by a clear desire to figure it all out.
