Moreover, each of the authors of the compositions pays great attention to unique sound, timbre and harmony. Chronologically speaking, the oldest composition is Le Merle noir by Olivier Messiaen. Fascination with jazz, in turn, is expressed by Daniel Schnyder (born 1961).
