Neverstore
A Swedish punk-pop act formed in 2000 in Skövde, Neverstore (bassist Oscar Kempe, drummer Eric Lantz, and guitarist/vocalist Jacob Widén) drew comparisons to such established American names in the genre as Green Day and Weezer. Their debut single, "So Much of Not Enough," was released just before their debut album, Sevenhundred Sundays, in 2007. Neverstore toured extensively, and their success brought them opening slots supporting acts such as Good Charlotte and My Chemical Romance. Neverstore were nominated for two awards at the 2007 MTV Europe Video Awards, including Best Swedish Band and Best New Band.
