Brie Larson
Celebrity in the 21st century had no patience for hopefuls who opted for a single career. That's one of the reasons why it wasn't a stretch for child actress Brie Larson to record an album for Universal -- like Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan, she was only doing what was required of tween stars in the early 2000s. Larson was born October 1, 1989, in Sacramento, CA, and by the late '90s was appearing in comedy sketches for The Tonight Show. A gig on the short-lived Bob Saget vehicle Raising Dad followed in 2001, as did the Disney Channel movie Right On Track and the 2004 feature Sleepover. Finally Out of P.E., Larson's debut album, appeared in October 2005.
