Releasing his whopping eighth overall greatest-hits package, culled from only nine proper albums, -- and the fourth since his 2002 patriotic anthem "Where the Stars and Stripes and the Eagle Fly" crossed over into the pop charts, Aaron Tippin could be accused of a little overkill on Now & Then. Still, nobody does working-class Southern rock-inflected country better and with more authenticity than Tippin, and Now & Then includes many of the hits from his formidable catalog, like "Working Man's PHD" and "The Call of the Wild."
