The lead single from Of Monsters and Men's 2012 album My Head Is an Animal, Little Talks is the Icelandic band's first U.S. Top 20 single. The song garnered significant radio play and helped the album debut at number six on the Billboard 200 chart. A buoyant yet poignant folk-inflected song, "Little Talks" deals with notions of mental and/or emotional problems in a relationship. As with many of the band's other songs, it features the dual lead vocals of Nanna Bryndís Hilmarsdóttir and Ragnar "Raggi" Pórhallsson.
