Excellent compilation of Cortijo's late-'60s group and their output for Tico Records. Actually, the best way to appreciate these wonderful recording is getting all four albums in their entirety (these groups were not as appreciated as Cortijo's most famous group of the '50s and early '60s). Nonetheless, a great sampler of the era, wherein Cortijo was shining with inventiveness and sharp performances throughout.
