Combining the production flair of trap heavyweight Wheezy with the assured raps of Toronto's NAV, Emergency Tsunami is the first collaborative project to be released by the duo. The project came together over a period of several weeks, after NAV noted the success of previous collabs like "Turks." Boasting a YSL-heavy feature list - Young Thug, Lil Baby, Gunna, Sahbabii, and Lil Keed - the tape offers a strong set of the circular, wave-driven beats Wheezy has become known for, over which NAV delivers narratives of personal prowess and wealth. After teasing the project via Instagram, NAV announced the track listing in early November, before the tape's release on 6th November 2020.
