The first full collaboration between Quando Rondo and YoungBoy Never Broke Again appeared in November of 2022, after four advance singles were released. The cover artwork makes reference to both rappers' gang affiliations, and Quando Rondo's lyrics on "Want Me Dead," aimed against Lil Durk and the late King Von (as well as his sister), stirred up some controversy. The tape's opening track, "I Swear," features a guest verse by Lul Timm, who was identified as a suspect of King Von's murder. YoungBoy stated that he didn't approve of the violent lyrics and reached a mutual agreement with Quando Rondo not to release the mixtape, but it appeared on streaming services anyway; YoungBoy subsequently deleted it from his YouTube channel. Musically, the tape is hard as nails, with drill-influenced production and ruthless lyrics, as well as melodic hooks on key tracks like "Give Me a Sign" and "Keep Me Dry." Despite its creators' attempts to block the tape's release, 3860 debuted at number 62 on the Billboard 200.
