Los Baby's
Known for their romantic ballads and teen pop, Los Baby's are a Mexican band formed in Tizimín (Yucatán) in 1958 by brothers Enrique, Carlos, Emilio, and Armando Ávila. The brothers performed Spanish cover versions of popular hit songs during the mid-'60s, but by the time they found massive success in the 1970s they were also writing their own material. Emilio and Armando passed away in the 1990s, thus signaling the end of the quartet. However, Carlos and Enrique later decided to continue performing occasionally as Los Baby's. Tributo a Los Baby's, a tribute album featuring stars such as Thalía, Carlos Rivera, Yuri, Marco Antonio Solís, and Cristián Castro, was released in 2017.
