Cleveland Watkiss
Good British vocalist, not strictly a jazz stylist, but works in improvisational vein. He's similar to Bobby McFerrin in that he experiments with overdubbing, vocalisms, and rhythms and moods, rather than simply interpreting songs. His 1990 debut on Antilles attracted widespread praise.
