Charley Crockett
Americana singer Charley Crockett released his critically-acclaimed debut album 'A Stolen Jewel' in 2015. Up until the release of the album Crockett's main experience was as a busker in New York City playing on the streets and subways until he joined band Trainrobbers who he split from shortly before going solo. Crockett was initially regarded as a blues artist and his debut album won the accolade of 'Best Blues Act' at the influential Dallas Observer Music Awards. His follow-up album 'In the Night' saw Crockett moving towards a more country-based Americana feel and by the time his third album 'Lonesome As a Shadow' was released Crockett's transformation into a full blown country singer was complete. Since then he has become one of the most exciting acts to appear on the country scene in the US.
