Skull Duggrey
New Orleans rapper Skull Duggrey fell in love with hip-hop as a child and began hanging out with the Nature Boys, a locally popular dance and rap crew. Skull's longtime friend, Master P, put him on the gold-selling Down South Hustlers compilation, and his reputation grew from there. Two years later, his debut album appeared, and No Limit and Penalty Records co-released the follow-up These Wicked Streets. 3rd Ward Stepper arrived in 2000 on the Hoodlum Entertainment imprint.
