Award-winning Seattle, Washington-based composer, musician, producer, mixer, and sound designer C. Andrew Rohrmann (Andy Rohrmann) is better known by his stage name scntfc. He is best known for his work in the video game, film, television, and advertising industries. He first came to prominence as a member of the Seattle-based indie rock band Hush Harbor, releasing two singles in the early-to-mid 1990s. The duo provided music for advertising campaigns for MTV, Nike, AMC, Volkswagen, and others. In the early 2000s, he began doing remixes for indie bands such as Modest Mouse, Red Stars, and others. As a composer, scntfc composed music for games such as Rogue Legacy Reborn (2013), Peggle 2 (2014), Galak-Z: The Dimensional (2015), and Oxenfree (2016), his most successful project yet. He also composed the musical scores for films such as ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction (2011). His music has also been used by The Seattle Art Museum, the Sound Unseen Film Festival, and for ad campaigns by Hewlett Packard and Discover. Further video game soundtracks include Old Man’s Journey (2017), Afterparty (2019), Jett: The Far Shore (2021), and Oxenfree 2: Lost Signals.
