oOoOO
San Francisco producer Christopher Dexter Greenspan is the brain behind oOoOO, one of the more accessible acts associated with witch-house. Drawing from acts as diverse as Ludacris, Britney Spears, and Broadcast, oOoOO marries hip-hop-influenced beats with pop melodies and experimental sounds. OOoOO's first release, 2010's No Summer4U EP, reshaped Nocera's “Summertime, Summertime” and Lady Gaga's “Poker Face” into bizarre shadows of themselves. Later that year, a split single with White Ring arrived, while Tri Angle Records, also the home of the like-minded Balam Acab, released the oOoOO EP that October. The EP was reissued in April 2011. Another EP, Our Love is Hurting Us, arrived the following year; the full-length Without Your Love arrived in June 2013 on Greenspan's own imprint Nihjgt Feelings.
