Ben Trempats
Hailing from Palma de Mallorca, Ben Trempats was formed in 2011 by a group of friends who shared a passion for the habanera. The group began performing in local bars and restaurants and was soon considered one of the genre's best practitioners. Its repertory mixes habanera classics with traditional folk material, as well as songs by artists such as Lluís Llach, Joan Manuel Serrat, or Compay Segundo. The group's discography includes Havaneres i Cançons Marineres (2013), La Mar de Cançons (2016), and Canten Bonet de Sant Pere (2017).
