Milkman

MLKMN (Oscar Botello) is a producer and kinetic MC who was born in Monterrey, Mexico but raised in Laredo, Texas. He came to his diverse sound through his parents plus his own discovery of Southern rap, particularly the hardcore Texas style. The banging beats of the Texas releases, plus an interest in Jamie xx and other indie artists, pushed MLKMN toward production, and after selling some of his tracks to RBD and Juanes, he grabbed the mike. Machete Music signed him and released "El Bajo" in early 2014. Official mixtape Milkstape landed later in the year, then the Fresco EP arrived in 2015. "RIP" with Mila J followed soon after, along with the announcement of MLKMN's album Soy Milk.
