Lucas

Wong Yuk-hei, known as Lucas, born on 25 January 1999 in Hong Kong, China is a rapper, singer, and model. Discovered by SM Entertainment in late 2015 after passing a Global Audition in Hong Kong, he was initially trained as a model with SM, before shifting his focus to music, learning singing, rapping, and dancing. He made his official debut with NCT in March 2018, appearing on their debut studio album NCT 2018 Empathy. In June of the same year, Lucas collaborated with Taeyeon on "All Night Long," which reached number 72 on the Gaon charts. In December 2018, he was announced as a member of WayV, NCT's China-based unit, which made its debut on 17 January 2019 with their single album The Vision, branching out to join the K-pop supergroup SuperM, in August 2019. The group's self-titled debut EP, featuring the lead single "Jopping," was released in October, 2019, attaining global recognition and topping the US Billboard World Charts. In March, 2021, WayV released their third EP, Kick Back, which shot to Number 1 on the Gaon Album Charts. Lucas launched his solo career in April 2024 with the single album Renegade, which achieved significant success, peaking at number 13 on the Gaon Album Chart and number 16 on the Billboard Top 100 K-pop Albums chart.
