Born in Saint-Raymond, Quebec, Luc Plamondon is the man who brought French-language musical comedy to the world stage. An undisputed talent spotter, he introduced audiences to young artists such as Daniel Balavoine and Celine Dion, and composed for stars like Johnny Hallyday.
