Beauséjour
Beauséjour is a Canadian country band founded in 2019 by Franco-Manitoban Jocelyne Baribeau and Acadian Danny Boudreau. The duo is a musical concept that brings together two distinct Canadian regions. In 2019, the duo released their self-titled debut album Beauséjour. This album won two Willie awards at the Gala Country, nominations at the Prix Musique NB, Western Canadian Music Awards, Trille Or and GAMIQ. The song " Lucille Star " is a Canadian radio hit. In 2022, a second album is released, Mille après Mille, an album of covers of famous country songs. In 2023, Acadian Joannie Benoît joins the project. Danny leaves the group to concentrate full-time on another musical project.
