Minami
Born in Saitama, Japan on September 14, 1997, Minami is a J-Pop singer and songwriter. She came to the attention of Japanese audiences by winning the second FlyingDog Audition Grand Prix 2017. This contest earned her a deal with Flying Dog Records, a subsidiary of Victor Entertainment. Her first significant release was the single “Main Actor” and the mini album Eternal Blue, both released in 2017. After a handful of releases on FlyingDog, she left the label and signed with Warner Music Japan in June, 2020. That same month, she released the single “Waiting for Rain”.
