The third solo full-length from $uicideboy$ member Scrim, via crucis, overtly references the rapper's conversion to Christianity. After he got sober in 2019 and spent several years recovering from drug addiction, he stated that his journey led him to believe in a higher power, and eventually he accepted Christ as his savior. The nearly 90-minute album contains 30 songs in which Scrim addresses his path to sobriety, his faith, and his usual subjects like loneliness and depression. The production ranges from atmospheric, cloudy trap to intense, smothering distortion ("guns n' roses"). The album barely scraped the Billboard Top 200 when it was released in April of 2025.
