This first acoustic album from the pop-punk legends chronicles a tumultuous year for the band in which guitarist Chad Gilbert was diagnosed with, and ultimately successfully treated for, a rare form of cancer. Nakedly emotional and impassioned as ever despite the more subdued instrumentation, the album features seven new songs and seven live acoustic versions of songs from their back catalog recorded at their 2022 "NFG Unplugged" concert, including the timeless "My Friends over You."
