Death Cab For Cutie
El cuarteto de indie pop Death Cab for Cutie comenzó como el proyecto solista del cantante/guitarrista Ben Gibbard. El éxito underground del cassette You Can Play These Songs' Chords entusiasmó a Gibbard para reclutar una banda de tiempo completo, y en el verano de 1998 Death Cab for Cutie editó Something About Airplanes. We Have the Facts and We're Voting Yes y el EP Forbidden Love continuaron en 2000. Una sólida selección de nuevos temas se reunió en The Photo Album al año siguiente. En 2003 apareció el deslumbrante cuarto álbum de la banda, Transatlanticism.
