Michele Morrone

Michele Morrone is an Italian actor, singer, and songwriter who found international success in 2020 thanks to his starring role as a mafia crime boss in the Netflix film 365 Days. That same year, he launched his music career with the album Dark Room, which included several songs that were also featured in the film. Born in Bitonto, Italy, Morrone began taking acting classes during middle school and later studied professionally at the Teatro Fraschini di Pavia. Throughout his twenties, his career grew gradually as he moved from short independent films and web series to more mainstream television shows and eventually feature films like 2019's Bar Giuseppe in which he played the lead role. Also a singer, Morrone taught himself to play guitar and began writing dark-edged alternative pop songs. When he landed the lead role as crime boss Massimo Torricelli in the erotic romantic drama 365 Days, he also sang several songs on its soundtrack, including the slinky hit "Feel It." Released in conjunction with the movie's February 2020 premiere in Poland, his debut album Dark Room included songs from the film along with several other originals. Morrone gained more widespread recognition both as an actor and singer when 365 Days became a breakout hit for streaming platform Netflix later that year.
