Epicurean
Minnesota-based heavy metal sextet Epicurean formed in Minneapolis in 2004. The band's signature blend of progressive and European-influenced metal was quick to find an audience, resulting in a tour schedule that was as aggressive as the group's notoriously volatile stage show. On the strength of Epicurean's self-recorded demo, the band began work on its full-length debut. The resulting Consequence of Design caught the ear of the Metal Blade label, which proceeded to remix/remaster Consequence of Design for a January 2008 release.
