Del Paxton

Buffalo-based indie emo act Del Paxton take their name from the fictional jazz pianist in the 1996 film That Thing You Do!. The power trio of singer/guitarist Dylan England, singer/bassist Zach Schoedel, and drummer Greg McClure were all veterans of other bands when they formed Del Paxton in 2013, self-releasing their debut EP, Worst. Summer. Ever. later that year. The success of their EP earned them a spot on the Topshelf roster, where they recorded a split EP with Montreal band Gulfer in 2015. They spent the following year completing work on their debut full-length, All Day, Every Night, All Night, which arrived via Topshelf in early 2017.
