You Are Forgiven originated in 2015 and was overhauled, expanded, and widely distributed as a commercial mixtape the following year. Re-circulated through a partnership with Warner, this seven-track edition includes a version of "Uber Everywhere," MadeinTYO's pop breakthrough, featuring Travis Scott. It's easily the tape's greatest attraction and most memorable cut, less an endorsement of the transportation network than a bundle of non sequiturs about chemical and sexual stimulation. Another revision occurs with "I Want," which now features 2 Chainz. The majority of the tracks are produced by K Swisha, a trap-inspired producer MadeinTYO discovered via social media. His unhurried, pared-down beats suit the rapper's relaxed belligerence and nonlinear lyricism.
