Chicago and Atlanta unite on Swervo, the collaborative project from rapper G Herbo and producer Southside. Serving as Herbo's official sophomore effort, Swervo was entirely produced by the Atlanta trap songsmith Southside, who is also joined by TM88, Cubeatz, and others. While Herbo handles the bulk of the rhymes, guests include 21 Savage, Chief Keef, Juice Wrld, and Young Thug. Atop Southside's popping trap beats and ominous atmospherics, G Herbo flaunts tales of late-night hedonism and boastful brags of his ascending lifestyle, which appear on singles "Who Run It," "Focused," and "Some Nights." Upon release in the summer of 2018, Swervo debuted at number 15 on the Billboard 200.
