On Her Highness, Medicine don't stray from the dreamy, floating noise pop they made their name with, yet their melodies are, overall, slightly sharper, making this an accessible album. However, that doesn't make it their finest effort; Medicine are at their strongest when they concentrate on sonic texture. There is no shortage of soundscapes on Her Highness, but they don't soar quite as high as they do on their first two albums.
