Fourteen-time Grammy Award-winning producer, arranger, composer and musician David Foster is no stranger to talent, having worked with superstars like Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton and Madonna. Foster graces Lace's debut album with his own talents, lending his skills as producer to this original self-titled debut. (One of the first songs Foster produced on the Lace album was "Angel," written by Sarah McLachlan.) Composed of two Canadian women and one American from Austin, Texas, Lace has a melodic sound uniquely their own. The trio each have the opportunity to demonstrate their vocal talents on the album's dozen tracks, trading off on lead vocals and harmonies. Contemporary country songs abound on this creative and inspiring album.
