The debut album from dance mavens Paul Oakenfold and Steve Osborne's commercial dance collaboration strays a bit from their usual formula since singer Dominique Atkins gives the project a sense of mainstream appeal. There are still plenty of the duo's usual tricks to be found here, but only the chart-topping dance hit "Not Over Yet" makes any sort of lasting impression.
