Zaeden

Born in Gurgaon in the northern Indian state of Haryana, Sahil Sharma (2 July 1995) is known professionally as Zaeden; a singer and Hardwell-approved producer working predominantly in the electronic/dance-pop field. As a child, he learned to play the tabla and piano before branching out into DJing at the age of 14, handing out dance mixes to friends and ultimately paving the way for his first single "Land of Lords" in 2014. That same year, he was given the seal of approval by Dutch EDM master Hardwell, who played Zaeden's remix of Coldplay's 2014 single "Magic" on his radio show Hardwell On Air, making him one of the youngest DJs to be featured on the show. Now on a roll, he dropped an official remix of Maroon 5's "Don't Wanna Know" later that year and in 2015 signed with the iconic Dutch dance label Spinnin' Records and released the collaborative "Yesterday" single with Borgeous. 2016 was a landmark year for Zaeden who became one of the few Indian artists to have performed at Belgium's legendary Tomorrowland Festival, while his second single for Spinnin' also surfaced that summer, "Never Let You Go," a collaborative effort with DJ duo Nina & Malika. His star continued its ascent and he kept himself busy releasing a flurry of singles over the next few years, including 2020 team-up "Kahaani 2020" with Sez on the Beat, Enkore, yungsta, Lit Happu, and Shayan Roy, 2021's "Settle Down" with Fly by Midnight and two further collaborative singles in 2022: "Paas Aa" with AAKASH and "Lagda Na" with Stunnah Beatz.
