The Ramblers Two

The Ramblers Two were an early/mid-'60s performing duo, consisting of Johnny McEvoy (vocals) and Michael Crotty (guitar, vocals). They got together in the early '60s and lasted a few years, long enough to cut some singles for Pye and appearing on television. The duo split up, with Crotty subsequently playing alongside numerous folk artists and passing through the lineups of groups, including the Dublin City Ramblers, while McEvoy continued as a solo act in the later 1960s and was still working in 2009.
