Magic Malik
Malik Mezzadri, aka Magic Malik, has taken his flute on the road for the crème de la crème of jazz and song, playing for Julien Lourau, Steve Coleman, -M-, Susheela Raman and a host of other artists. In 2000, he released the album 69 96, followed by other works with the Magic Malik Orchestra(XP-1 and XP-2, Saoule in 2008). At the end of 2009, he released Live au Sunset before joining the Villa Medici in Rome. In 2011, Magic Malik made a comeback with Short Cuts, while the following year saw the release of Alternate Steps.
