Dehd
Indie / post-punk /dream pop trio Dehd was formed in Chicago, Illinois in 2015. Comprised of Emily Kempf (bass, vocals), Jason Balla (guitar, vocals), and Eric McGrady (drums), the group released their debut self-titled album in 2016. They followed that up with the 2017 EP Fire of Love. Two years later, they issued their second album, Water (2019), which was quickly followed by 2020’s Flower of Devotion. A year later, Dehd issued a remixed version of the album, creatively titled Flower of Devotion Remixed. On February 14, 2022 – Valentine’s Day – Dehd released the single “Bad Love.” The song was the first track to be taken from their fourth album, Blue Skies, released in July 2022.
