Octane Twisted is een dubbele live disc opgenomen in het Riviera theater in Chicago, in 2010, tijdens Porcupine Trees' tournee voor het The Incident album. Er staan ook hoogtepunten op van de het afsluitingsconcert van de band in het Londense Royal Albert Hall. Op disc een staat de muziek van The Incident in zijn geheel. De meeste van de versies blijven dicht bij de lengtes van hun studioversies, en hoewel Octane Twisted een minder dynamisch en gelaagd bereik heeft dan The Incident, pakt dit positief uit omdat dit meer dan goed gemaakt wordt in pure rock kracht en drama. Hoogtepunten op de tweede disc zijn een uitvoeriger versie van “Hatesong” en de kosmische single “Stars Die.” Prachtig opgenomen, Octane Twisted biedt het live bewijs dat The Incident een van de meest ambitieuze conceptuele werken is.
