Mohamed Lamine
Algerian raï singer born in Algiers on December 4, 1970, Mohamed Lamine began his career in 1984, after winning the Alhane Wachababe competition. He also collaborated with other rappers such as Rim'K on "Clandestino" (2007), OGB from Mafia K'1 Fry on "Lala Fatéma" (2012) and Rohff on "Mon bled" (2015), alongside collective albums African Tonik (2008), with Mokobé, Mory Kanté and DJ Arafat, Oh Mama Mia (2008), Raï Algeria (2012), Gouli Ouahe (2013) or Wana Wana (2015). Just as popular abroad, Mohamed Lamine performs at festivals in Europe, Asia and Canada. Based in France, he then released the albums C'Est Pas Normal (2015), Kassi Kassi (2015) and a Tribute to Cheb Hasni (2016), before the 2017 release of the compilation Mohamed Lamine - Best Of.
