Los Toreros Muertos
Spanish pop/rock band los Toreros Muertos was formed in 1986 by singer/songwriter, TV host, and actor Pablo Carbonell. The band made their debut that same year with a maxi-single called "Yo No Me Llamo Javier," followed by their first album, 30 Años de Exitos, produced by Andreas Prittwitz. While los Toreros Muertos was touring the local club scene, their song "Mi Aguita Amarilla" became their first smash. Known as an alternative number in the Spanish rock scene, characterized by their ironic lyrics, the group recorded Por Biafra in 1987, issuing Mundo Caracol in 1989.
