Jon Gibson
Jon Gibson was a saxophonist and flutist who employed many world music instruments in his repertoire. He also used delay systems and circular breathing techniques in his solo performances. For many years, he was a performer with the Philip Glass Ensemble and also performed in the world premieres of Terry Riley's In C and Steve Reich's Drumming. Jon Gibson died on October 11, 2020, at the age of 80.
