Jokers Of The Scene
Canadian DJ duo Jokers of the Scene began as a way for two Ottawa DJs, DJ Booth and Chameleonic, hosts of the party Disorganised (who brought on acts like MSTRKRFT, CSS, and Diplo, among others), to display their own production and remix work. Signed to Fool's Gold, Jokers of the Scene released the 12" "Y'all Know the Name" in 2008, and then began a series of remixes for artists like DJ Blaqstarr, Rob Threezy, Mike, Acid Girls, the Count & Sinden, and Brodinski, among others, as well as continuing work on their own mixtapes and 12"s, and touring with the Acid Girls in the fall of 2009.
