Léa Jarry

Born in Baie-Saint-Paul on November 12, 1989, Léa Jarry is a Canadian country and pop singer. She moved to Montreal at the age of 17 to pursue a degree in voice at the Université du Québec. Singing for Gregory Charles and the TV show En direct de l'univers, she recorded her first EP Entre Temps (2019), followed the same year by the Christmas song Mémoire de l'essentiel . In 2020, Léa Jarry wins the Socan Songwriter of the Year award at the Gala Country de St-Tite, before releasing her debut album L'Heure d'Été, the title track of which hits the Quebec radio charts. In September 2021, she received her first two nominations at the ADISQ gala, in the categories of Revelation of the Year and Country Album of the Year. In May 2022, she releases the single " Camping chez Linda ", which is a hit with radio stations and listening platforms. In 2022, the francophone country singer performed her repertoire at the Francofolies de Montréal for 25 dates, before returning to the studio to record her second album Comme Avant (2023), featuring the singles "Pour se retrouver", "Porcelaine " and "Signaux de fumée".
