Jordan Suaste
In his deeply personal, vulnerable pop songs, Jordan Suaste addresses questions of self-image, individuality, and self-love with a positive outlook. Born in Salt Lake City to a family of seven siblings, Suaste was fascinated by music even as a child, claiming to have written his first song at the age of five. Inspired by the music of Demi Lovato and Sam Smith, he began uploading songs and covers after dropping out of high school at 16. When his 2020 ballad "Body" became a viral phenomenon during the COVID-19 pandemic, the 19-year-old musician moved to Los Angeles to pursue a music career. After landing a spot on the soundtrack to the 2021 television drama To All the Boys: Always and Forever with his song "If the World Ended Tonight," Suaste recorded further singles like "100 Boys" and "Sleep" and eventually signed with Position Music. The 2024 singles "Love Who You Want To" and "Mine" were released in anticipation of his full-length debut Maybe I Already Am.
