Ntrance
N-Trance is a British electronic music group founded in 1991 by Kevin O'Toole (keyboards, programming) and Dale Longworth (keyboards, bass). Spotted by producer Pete Waterman (Dead or Alive, Kylie Minogue, Samantha Fox), the duo recorded their first track, "Set Me Free", in 1992, which became a huge international success four years later, after two other intermediate versions. In 1995, N-Trance took on the disco style, covering the famous "Stayin' Alive "popularized by The Bee Gees, with rap influences. The song is performed by Ricardo da Force, lead singer of The KLF. A debut album released the same year, Electronic Pleasure, was followed in 1999 by Happy Hour, featuring two covers of disco hits: Ottawan's "D.I.S.C.O ." and Rod Stewart's "Da Ya Think I'm Sexy ". The third album, 2009's TheMind of The Machine, marks Dale Longworth's last appearance with the duo.
