Dilouya
French producer and multi-instrumentalist Romain Dilouya is a fan of soul and funk. Not just any soul, but the kind that starts with Donald Byrd and Roy Ayers, and ends up in England in the acid jazz movement. After the 2011 EPs Runnin' Away and The Way It Goes, Dilouya released Dilouya's Faithfull Circus in February 2012. The guest list on this project speaks for itself. Attracting Sandra Nkaké, Omar, Juan Rozoff, Hugh Coltman and N'Dea Davenport to a soul sabbath is certainly not for the faint-hearted.
