Recorded for the German radio station WDR2, This Is the Life is a live album from Scottish folk-rock singer/songwriter Amy Macdonald. Released in 2008 following the huge European success of her debut album of the same name, it features seven of its original ten tracks -- "Let's Start a Band," "L.A.," and "A Wish for Something More" are omitted -- and includes hit singles "Poison Prince," "Mr. Rock & Roll," and "Run" alongside its two international bonus tracks, "Caledonia" and "The Road to Home," and covers of Bruce Springsteen's "Dancing in the Dark" and the Killers' "Mr Brightside."
