Cocomelon

An online channel and streaming media platform that produces animated content for preschool-age viewers, CocoMelon operated under the monikers Checkgate (2006–2013) and ABC Kid TV (2013–2018) before assuming its new name in 2018. The brainchild of filmmaker Jay Jeon, who started the company with his wife in 2005, CocoMelon had become one of the most successful children's channels by the time of its rebranding, garnering over 100 million subscribers. The programming features 3-D animated videos of traditional nursery rhymes and original songs. CocoMelon also has a robust discography that includes popular albums such as Lullabies for Bedtime (2020), and Nursery Rhymes and Halloween Adventure (both 2021).
