Tausend Wirre Worte: Lieblingslieder 2002-2010 is an overview over the first four albums by Wir Sind Helden, the pop band which almost singlehandedly made German-language music a commercial force again with their debut back in 2003. The 19-track compilation draws heavily on their first two albums, featuring six songs from each (including their biggest singles "Guten Tag," "Denkmal," and "Nur ein Wort," but also presenting a number of non-single album tracks), but it doesn't skip over their 2007 album Soundso (four tracks are included here) and its 2010 follow-up (three songs, including the single "Alles"). The two-CD/DVD version adds 21 B-sides (including live tracks and even Japanese and French versions of some singles) and a DVD with a 45-minute documentary, music videos, and audio commentaries.

Tausend Wirre Worte: Lieblingslieder 2002-2010 is an overview over the first four albums by Wir Sind Helden, the pop band which almost singlehandedly made German-language music a commercial force again with their debut back in 2003. The 19-track compilation draws heavily on their first two albums, featuring six songs from each (including their biggest singles "Guten Tag," "Denkmal," and "Nur ein Wort," but also presenting a number of non-single album tracks), but it doesn't skip over their 2007 album Soundso (four tracks are included here) and its 2010 follow-up (three songs, including the single "Alles"). The two-CD/DVD version adds 21 B-sides (including live tracks and even Japanese and French versions of some singles) and a DVD with a 45-minute documentary, music videos, and audio commentaries.
