Antonio Hart
An emerging alto saxophonist who's made three fine albums in the '90s, Antonio Hart has shown a stylistic maturity and versatility that's impressive for someone still in their early '20s. Among the finest disciples of the Cannonball Adderley style, Hart's recorded exclusively for RCA/Novus, and his '93 album included tributes to Adderley and Charlie Parker. Hart has worked with Gregory Hutchinson, Rodney Whitaker, Gary Bartz, Mulgrew Miller, Christian McBride, Jamal Haynes, Roy Hargrove and others. All his sessions are available on CD.
