Un Ramo De Rosas es la cuarta recopilación de Luz Casal, la mundialmente famosa diva de la canción española, y cubre las tres décadas de su ilustre carrera. La ecléctica personalidad artística de Casal, así como su intachable buen gusto, están bien representados en estas quince selecciones, entre las que se incluyen himnos emblemáticos de la cantante como "Piensa en mí" o "No me importa nada", cuatro temas de su último trabajo en estudio (La Pasión, 2009), y tres nuevas adiciones al repertorio: la inmortal "Gracias a la vida" de Violeta Parra, "18 años" de Dálida (junto al conjunto lounge francés Nouvelle Vague), y "Un ramo de rosas", compuesta por Casal junto a Juan Cerro y Carolina Cortés. La Edición Especial añade un segundo disco con otros 15 temas, convirtiendo de facto a Un Ramo De Rosas en un compilado doble.
